About the role ##

As a Junior Scrum Master, you facilitate the daily life of a development team by ensuring compliance with the agile framework. You play a key role in logistical and administrative support to optimize collective productivity.

Tasks ##

The mission consists of facilitating agile rituals, administering tracking tools, and supporting the Product Owner in the operational management of the backlog.

• Prepare and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro)
• Manage the framework, timeboxing, and distribution of speaking time in meetings
• Document decisions and ensure the follow-up of action plans
• Remove logistical and administrative obstacles on a daily basis

We are looking for ##

• Basic knowledge of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework
• Training in Scrum or agile methodology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

An asset if you possess

• First experience or internship in an Agile environment
• Fundamental knowledge of the SAFe framework
• Ability to write clear acceptance criteria
