Head of IT Services & Member of the Executive Board

Tasks You are responsible for our IT Services division with around 50 employees. Together with your leadership team, you shape the strategic and operational development of the division, create orientation and set clear priorities. In doing so, you ensure that we continue to inspire our customers as a reliable and innovative partner. As a leader, you know how to win people over for common goals and to create clarity and commitment even in demanding situations. You develop employees, managers and the organization with foresight and actively contribute to a culture that combines performance, development and mutual support. Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation characterize your actions. With a sense for the market, customer needs and opportunities, you drive our service portfolio forward.
