Job description
In our Kita Hexenburg, we are looking for a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ 100%, who will support us in everyday life, immediately or by arrangement. The place of work is Solothurn. Your tasks

Responsibility for the pedagogical work in a children's group
Pedagogical promotion and individual support of the entrusted children
Active and appreciative communication with parents, authorities and cooperation partners
Co-design, planning and implementation of events and projects
Ensuring and continuous development of pedagogical quality
Taking on responsibility in organizational and administrative areas
What we wish from you

Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung Kind (FaBeK) or a comparable qualification
Sound knowledge in pedagogical work with children
Strong communication skills, empathy and sense of responsibility
Experience in the guidance and training of learners
Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
