For a young and growing company in the field of cleaning and facility services in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed personality as Managing Director 80–100%.

The company is in an exciting phase of development and growth. We are consciously not looking for a long-standing corporate executive, but rather an entrepreneurially-minded personality who wants to take on responsibility and is simultaneously willing to pitch in personally in day-to-day operations.

Your tasks
Your main tasks include:
*operational management and further development of the company

• leadership, deployment planning and support of employees
• organization and control of ongoing cleaning orders
• ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• support of existing customers as well as processing of inquiries and complaints
• creation of offers and calculations
• support in new customer acquisition and in the expansion of existing customer relationships
• planning and supervision of special and basic cleanings
• optimization of internal workflows and processes
• close cooperation with the owners and external partners
• active support in operational day-to-day business and, if necessary, also directly on-site

Your profile
Ideally, you bring with you:

• initial leadership experience or experience in an operational responsibility function
• pronounced independence and organizational strength
• entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of costs, quality and customer needs
• high level of commitment and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• enjoyment in dealing with employees and customers
• solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working
• resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• very good German skills
• driving license category B

Experience in the cleaning, facility, gastro, hotel, or a comparable service industry is an advantage
