Your mission: ##

Accompany candidates during job coaching interviews

Evaluate the employability of candidates

Develop effective application files

Carry out prospecting and placement actions with companies

Lead training sessions on various themes related to job searching

Use online communication tools to create or optimize a suitable profile

Prepare candidates for job interviews

Be the interface between candidates and Geneva companies

Write end-of-support reports

You possess: ##

A university degree / higher education

Practical experience in Geneva in recruitment in a placement agency/in a company, or as a job coach in professional integration

An excellent knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric

A perfect command of the French language with an excellent writing ability

A great ease in the use of standard office tools

Very good organization and priority management

Great interpersonal skills and a sense of listening

Ease in expressing yourself in public

FSEA certificate for adult trainer, an asset

Good knowledge of English (B2), an asset

The ability to integrate quickly into a close-knit team
