In doing so, you keep an eye on the entire manufacturing process and ensure a smooth process of the plant assigned to you. As a coordinator: You maintain the shift report and are the central contact point in the event of malfunctions and defects. Your responsibility also includes performing process-defined adjustments to the machines. As a supporter: You are a valuable part of the team during setup processes and during work preparation. In addition, you continuously monitor and optimize the production processes to increase efficiency. As a quality assurer: You independently carry out quality controls and, if necessary, make the required corrections to ensure that the high quality standards are met. Your profile Education and experience: You have completed mechanical or technical training, e.g., as a plant operator, mechanic, locksmith or plumber, or bring several years of experience with industrial plants. Personal qualities: You are manually and technically skilled, a team player, work independently and thoughtfully, and can communicate well in German. Shift readiness: You feel comfortable in a 4-shift operation. Work is carried out in a rotating 7-day shift model, in which you work seven consecutive days in the same shift – also on weekends and public holidays. Between the shift changes, you have 56 to 80 hours of free time available depending on the rhythm. System knowledge: You have experience with process control systems and are familiar with MS-Office.
