Sales Manager ###

Responsibilities ###

As Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives in the European market.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Motivating and consolidating the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Qualifications ###

The ideal candidate will possess:

• More than 5 years of experience in the sale of fabrics and/or clothing.
• Strong business development and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English is essential, German, Spanish and French being a plus.
• Availability to travel.
