Is Cyber Security more than just compliance and risk management to you? In this role, you will work closely with our CISO, advise specialist departments, management and project teams, and take responsibility for strategically important security topics. In doing so, you will actively help shape the further development of our security architecture and governance and make a significant contribution to the digital future of Allianz Suisse. You will gain deep insights into the strategic management of information security and work on topics with high visibility and relevance for the company. At the same time, the role offers you the opportunity to specifically develop your profile and take the next step towards Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in the long term.   What you can achieve • You will actively develop the cyber security landscape of Allianz Suisse and shape security strategies, standards and measures with a view to current and future threats • You will take responsibility for the further development of the IAM architecture and governance and ensure that identities, access and permissions are effectively controlled in accordance with regulatory and internal company requirements • You will evaluate new technologies, identify opportunities and risks and ensure that innovative solutions are integrated securely and sustainably into our architecture • You will drive strategic security initiatives and anchor cyber security as a central success factor in transformation and digitalization programs • You will advise specialist departments, IT teams and managers on security-relevant issues, promote a risk-aware security culture and actively participate in the further development of our security governance   What you bring with you • Several years of experience (ideally 5-10 years) in the areas of Information Security, Cyber Security Engineering, Security Consulting or Security Architecture • Experience as a Security Advisor, Security Lead or in a comparable role within business, technology or transformation projects. Sound knowledge in topics such as Cloud Security (Azure and/or AWS), Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust and Cyber Resilience • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study as well as relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, AZ-500 or comparable • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as FINMA, DORA, ISO 27001, data protection or NIST CSF • High technical affinity as well as strong analytical, conceptual and strategic skills • The ability to use modern AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot or comparable solutions) profitably in everyday work • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken   Do you have questions about the position?
