At our new site in Monthey, we are looking for a motivated maintenance technician to ensure the reliability of our facilities. By joining our team, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our equipment in a demanding, stimulating and human-sized environment. To complete our Maintenance department, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician Your mission Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of our production facilities at our Monthey and Le-Mont-sur-Lausanne sites. Your responsibilities • Intervene quickly in case of equipment failure and utilities, in close collaboration with the operational teams. • Carry out preventive maintenance according to the established schedule and/or supervise the interventions of external service providers. • Document interventions precisely and ensure follow-up of spare parts. • Be a force for proposal to improve equipment, optimize interventions and make processes more reliable. • Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and qualification of new equipment. Your profile • Technical training: automatician or polymechanic CFC, ES technician or equivalent training. • Confirmed experience in a demanding industrial environment (pharma, medical devices or food industry). • Solid technical skills: electricity, automation, mechanics, pneumatics. • Mastery of industrial automation programming software (an asset). • Strong sense of safety, rigor, autonomy and ability to prioritize emergencies. Additional information • Position based in Monthey with occasional travel to our production site in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne. • Daytime work schedule.
