As a Master Optician / Optometrist, you are the professional for precise vision and the person who guides our customers safely through the world of optometry.

You combine expertise with empathy and enjoy passing on this knowledge. In the team, in the store, and to every single person who selects glasses with us.

• Act as the optical authority in the store and guide customers safely and competently to the right visual solution.
• Carry out eye tests thoroughly and understandably – always with an eye for the whole picture.
• Advise with heart, style, and expertise and select glasses that do more than just look good.
• Make adjustments directly in the store – precise, clean, and technically skilled.
• Share knowledge within the team, support colleagues, and collectively drive the further development of the store.
• Contribute ideas to further optimize processes, service, and the overall customer experience.
• Completed training or studies as a Master Optician / Optometrist.
• Passion for design, craftsmanship, and high-quality advice.
• Joy in supporting people – with competence, patience, and a sense of style.
• Team spirit, reliability, and a way of working that combines precision and humanity.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; English is a plus.
