What you do with us:

• You lead and develop the Warehouse & Intralogistics area with a focus on people, processes, and performance
• You are responsible for the material flow at our warehouse locations from storage to timely provision for our projects/orders
• You lead your team, promote employee satisfaction, and continuously develop the organization, processes, and standards
• You plan and control personnel, area, and storage capacities and ensure economical use of resources
• You develop and improve our warehouse and intralogistics processes with your team and are proactive in helping to shape our QMS
• You analyze key figures, derive optimization measures, and ensure quality, productivity, and cost awareness
• You are responsible for inventories, stock accuracy, as well as compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• You work closely with project management, transport logistics, and other internal stakeholders
• You actively shape the further development of our logistics organization and contribute new ideas

When you fit with us:

• You have training in the field of logistics or Supply Chain Management and bring several years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• You think entrepreneurially and combine operational excellence with economic efficiency
• You know warehouse processes, material flows, and inventory management from practice
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and act confidently even in demanding situations
• You are proficient in using ERP, WMS, and Microsoft-365 applications
• You convince through leadership strength, social competence, and communication skills and can organize optimizations and improvements
• You have high quality standards and value safety, order, and sustainable processes
• You want to take on responsibility and sustainably develop our logistics together with the team
• You speak and write German very well; further language skills are an advantage
