To strengthen the team, they are looking for an experienced and motivated machine operator in the Birr AG region. Machine Operator / Plastics Technologist (m/f/d) Your tasks: • Experience in operating machines and systems, especially in the field of plastics processing, is mandatory. • Independent operation of the machine, including monitoring the production process and ensuring product quality. • Fast and competent communication when problems arise to ensure a smooth production process. • Loading the machine with wire coils according to production requirements. • Filling the silo with plastic granules to ensure a continuous material flow. • Carrying out cleaning and tidying work to support the machine operators and to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications Your qualifications: • Experience in operating machines and systems, ideally in the field of plastics technology. • Sound knowledge and experience in handling plastics and metal. • Ability to operate machines independently and to solve problems quickly. • Teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate with other machine operators and production employees. • Resilience and willingness to work in a dynamic production environment. • Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) • Very good German skills (CEFR B2) work at null
