In Yverdon-les-Bains, you will join a cohesive team of 3 project managers, in direct collaboration with our site manager and management. This proximity guarantees fluid exchanges and real consistency between design and field implementation. We primarily work on projects related to: Metal structures and frameworksTechnical platforms and mechanized welding equipmentIndustrial installations (silos, piping, production lines)Custom metal architectural elementsBuilding facades and envelopesAluminum joinery (doors, windows, glass partitions, verandas) Your role Integrated into the design office, you are the primary technical referent for our metal construction and industrial structure projects. You are in charge of producing technical plans in this environment, from design to manufacturing files, while mobilizing your knowledge of building construction when projects require interfaces with the main structure or envelopes. You are a daily support for project managers, present in the office and able to intervene on site for measurements or technical checks. Your main responsibilities Creation of 2D/3D plans: metal structures and frameworks, technical platforms, stairs, railings, mechanized welding equipment, and industrial installations 3D modeling and development of detail plans, overall plans, nomenclatures (BOM), and workshop documents Definition of assemblies (bolted, welded) and construction details in compliance with standards Integration of assembly, handling, and interface constraints with the building Updating plans according to project evolution and site feedback Travel to sites for measurements and technical monitoring Daily support for project managers throughout the project lifecycle Participation in technical reviews and continuous improvement of methods Compliance with applicable standards (Eurocodes steel, tolerances, metal construction and industry standards) Sought profile: We are looking for a metal construction specialist with a solid technical background and able to understand interfaces with the building domain. Technical training in metal construction, boilermaking, locksmithing, mechanical engineering, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in drawing in the metal construction sector, ideally on: frameworks, structures, platforms, mechanized welding equipment, or industrial installations Mastering AutoCAD (essential basis) and Inventor Knowledge of other 2D/3D CAD tools is an asset Basic knowledge of building construction (joinery, facades, envelopes) is a real asset for understanding interfaces Ability to read and interpret complex technical plans Good understanding of metal assemblies and workshop constraints Versatility and adaptability to a varied technical environment Ability to work in direct connection with the field (site) Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, and developed attention to detail Team spirit and taste for direct technical exchanges Ability to propose technical solutions and optimize construction details Fluent French is mandatory; technical English is an asset What we offer you: Salary from CHF 5'500 gross/month, adapted to your experience 13th salary paid monthly Indefinite-term contract (CDI) Company car made available during the day for client trips Flexible hours: arrival between 8:00 and 8:30, end of the day from 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 16:00 on Friday Minimum 20 days of vacation/year + 9 paid public holidays Stimulating technical environment with possibilities for continuous training Stability and growth prospects in a growing company We prioritize a transparent and respectful process of your time.
