About the role

Within the Fichier Central department, you will join a human-sized, dynamic, and collaborative team. Reporting directly to the team leader, you will play a key role in the verification, compliance, and processing of global client documentation, thereby ensuring operational excellence and compliance with current standards.

Tasks
-------

• Verify the completeness and compliance of received documents.
• Enter client data into internal tools, high volume.
• Process incoming requests from dedicated workflows.
• Ensure follow-up with the Front Office to obtain missing documents or information.

We are looking for

• Initial experience in the banking sector, ideally in Fichier Central (internship accepted)
• Competence in verifying legal documentation
• Very good communication and team spirit
• Fluent French and very good level of English
• Residence in Switzerland
