Is sea freight your everyday business? LCL, FCL, import, export, customers from all over the world? Our client company is an internationally active freight forwarding company and has a position to fill that requires exactly that: professional competence, independence, and a view of the big picture.

Tasks ###

• processing of international sea freight shipments (FCL and LCL) in import and export
• preparation of offers, transport and customs documents
• coordination of the transport chain with shipping lines, partners and service providers
• monitoring of lead times and compliance with customer-specific specifications
• communicating with customers, customs authorities and internal departments
• checking and approving invoices and shipping documents
• maintaining shipment data in the forwarding system

Requirements ###

• completed training as a freight forwarding clerk or equivalent qualification
• sound professional experience in sea freight processing (import/export, LCL/FCL)
• reliable knowledge of customs matters and document preparation

IT ###

MS-Office - good knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good to very good
