Your tasks • Holistic care and support of guests in the sense of our care philosophy and the care process • Taking on tasks as a care reference person • Participation in the care process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI for the assigned guests • Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking on daily responsibility • Taking on tasks as a theme bearer for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for care quality Your profile • Completed training as a Specialist in Health EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care and/or Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing Why Tertianum?
