Service Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Greeting and looking after guests for a warm welcome
Taking orders as well as serving food and drinks
Ensuring high guest satisfaction and attentive reaction to wishes
Expert advice on food, drinks, and recommendations
Preparing, clearing, and cleaning the tables
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the entire service area
Support with mise-en-place and refilling material
Close cooperation with kitchen and bar for a smooth service process
Working according to LQA standards as well as compliance with ISO 9001 quality guidelines

Your profile:
Completed training in gastronomy
Good German and English skills; other languages such as French are an advantage
Basic knowledge in handling food, drinks, and service processes
Understanding of hygiene and quality standards
Interest in gastronomy and joy in interacting with guests
High motivation, willingness to learn, and commitment
Team player, reliable, and responsible
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Resilient and calm, even with high guest volume
Quick comprehension and willingness to take on new tasks
Structured way of working and a sense of order and cleanliness
