YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Advising and answering telephone and written customer inquiries (email and letter) in German as well as French or Italian
• Conducting contract negotiations including the preparation of contract offers
• Receipt, recording, and complete processing of all customer inquiries in the sense of customer expectations throughout the entire Customer Lifecycle
• Processing of special and escalation cases
• Close cooperation with the Key Account Managers as well as reliable order processing

YOUR SKILLS:

• Completed training with a strong commercial focus (at least Handelsschule)
• Digital competence: advanced knowledge in common applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• High customer orientation as well as strong social competence in dealing with employees and customers
• Independent thinking: thanks to your analytical skills, you recognize problems quickly, find suitable solutions, and make well-founded decisions
• Acting in the sense of our company values
• Excellent written and oral German and French skills; further languages are a plus
