CRIDEC treats special waste from companies throughout Switzerland. Majority public and rooted in the canton of Vaud, our company is growing rapidly and is carrying out an extensive modernization program of nearly 20 million francs to increase its capacity and prepare for the next twenty years.

For our billing department in Eclépens, we are looking for a:

Billing Clerk (M/F) at 60%

(Monday, Tuesday and Friday) for a duration of 6 months

Start date immediately or to be agreed

Your role

• You prepare invoices and credit notes for our customers
• You manage and prepare administrative documents related to waste billing
• You collaborate with different internal services (sales, laboratory, accounting)

This position is for you if

• You have training as a commercial employee or considered equivalent
• You have successful experience of a few years in the field of billing, if possible within an industry
• You are proficient with office tools
• You are a native French speaker or possess excellent knowledge

• Rigorous and precise, you have an affinity for numbers
• You are curious, reactive and approach situations with enthusiasm
• Organized and efficient, you know how to manage several tasks and adapt to emergencies
• Comfortable in exchanges, you easily create a climate of trust
• You have a true team spirit and like to collaborate, while knowing how to work autonomously
