Your challenge:
You perform exciting work in our modern Werk 7 at processing, packaging, and portioning plants. At these plants, diverse production orders in the area of sandwich and canapé production are carried out.
As a leader of up to 12 employees, you take responsibility for the organization, coordination, product quality, and leadership of the corresponding production line.
You actively participate in the optimization of workflows, production processes, production programs, and personnel deployment planning.
You also work on the line yourself and actively support your team during production.
You operate and monitor our plants and machines and resolve minor malfunctions independently.
You ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations and professionally introduce new employees to their tasks.
Your profile:
You have already gained experience in an industrial company (preferably in the food industry as a /cook, baker/baker, meat specialist/-frau or /-in).
You are technically gifted and have a flair for machines.
You are a team player and maintain good relations with your colleagues.
You are flexible, mobile, and have no problem with an early start to work.
You have solid German skills.
As a leader, you are communicative and assertive.
You do not mind performing physical work in a colder environment.
