As Project Manager Real Estate Accounting (m/f/d), you will take on an exciting function at the interface between real estate accounting, owners, and property management companies. In doing so, you can apply and further develop your specialist knowledge in practice and make an important contribution to the flawless implementation of new mandates, as well as provide valuable support during mandate departures.

What you will do:

• You coordinate and organize the accounting processes during mandate additions and departures
• You participate in exchanges with owners, property management companies, and internal persons and occasionally conduct these appointments independently.
• You are an important interface between internal and external contact persons.
• You control and post balance sheet takeovers.
• You manage client accounting and prepare accounting closings for new clients until they transition to the operational department
• You maintain the overarching accounting master data
• You are responsible for accounting projects and train the corresponding departments.

• A completed commercial vocational training is your foundation
• You have preferably deepened your accounting specialist knowledge with relevant further training (CAS Real Estate Accounting, Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, or similar)
• You bring very good knowledge in real estate accounting
• Preferably, you already have experience with the ERP system Garaio-REM
• An eye for detail and an independent way of working characterize you.
• Even in hectic moments, you remain structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• A hub function with different contact persons as well as precise working makes you enjoy yourself.
• You have a flair for numbers and you are motivated to apply this in the real estate industry.
• Good oral and written expression in German, French knowledge is an advantage
