This is the contribution you can make • Lead proceedings and grant planning approvals (building permits), operating licenses and concessions for railways and predominantly cable cars • Provide technical information to railway companies, municipal and cantonal authorities as well as internal departmental services • Participate in or lead internal departmental and interdepartmental working groups • Develop legal decrees • Process dossiers in French and, if possible, in another national language (German or Italian) What makes you unique • University degree in law (Master or Licentiate), ideally bar admission • Professional experience in a court, in administration or legal practice, preferably in public law (procedural law/environmental law) • Quick comprehension and independent way of working • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation, interest in technical and environmental law issues • Excellent editorial and communicative skills in at least one official language, good active knowledge of at least a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
