Your responsibilities ###

Reporting to the Deputy Secretary General in charge of the Humanitarian Hub, you assist her in the deployment of the hub's strategic axes and become its privileged liaison with beneficiaries. You ensure the compliance of support requests received, up to the processing of files carried out by the managers. In this capacity, you develop and maintain relationships of trust with the supported organizations, whose interlocutors are primarily general managements and philanthropic officers. You analyze their activity reports and annual accounts, write summary notes, and share useful information with the managers. You also ensure active monitoring of the actors and issues of the institutions of international Geneva. The position is based in Geneva and does not include travel abroad.

Your profile ###

Holding a Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, or an equivalent degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience within one or more NGOs of international Geneva, ideally in development or project management. Thanks to your solid understanding of the issues of international Geneva, the realities of field actors, as well as your good financial knowledge, you are able to analyze an activity report or annual accounts. Comfortable with interlocutors of all levels, including general managements, with whom you develop relationships of trust, you stand out for your writing skills and your taste for analytical research. Rigorous, autonomous, and possessing a strong ability for synthesis, you know how to demonstrate discretion, benevolence, and empathy. You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and possess a very good level of English.
