The Swiss Army employs over 9'000 employees in four military and around 200 civilian professions -- and this at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. Provision is also made for the next generation: The Swiss Army trains apprentices in over 30 professions. For the Wangen an der Aare location, we are looking for a Cook *This is the contribution you can make* • Implement the catering process (storage, production, distribution and return) according to the specifications of the Head of Army Kitchen and the Head of Production • Supervise the assigned catering officials of the militia and implement the legal requirements in the area of food safety and technical regulations • Support the practical training of apprentice cooks • Can be used for the deputy of the Head of Production (ensuring kitchen management) *This makes you unique* • Cook EFZ with several years of professional experience (predominantly in collective catering) • Willingness to work early and night shifts • Knowledge of a second official language • Driver's license category B *In a nutshell* Are you ready for the next challenge in a new and state-of-the-art gastronomy kitchen and predominantly regular working hours? The Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Cadre Training, Army Personnel, five training associations, the training center as well as the Specialist Office for Women in the Army and Diversity.
