Your tasks

• As Project Manager / Product Owner, you take on the technical responsibility for our research database and connect research, data management and technical implementation.
• You further develop data models, requirements, terminologies, mappings and metadata.
• You ensure the quality, harmonization, validation and assurance of the longitudinal consistency of the data.
• You manage data mappings - manually and AI-supported - and prepare data queries and exports.
• The responsibility for data governance, documentation, data protection and data security is also part of your tasks.
• You test new solutions and technically approve them.
• You prioritize requirements, coordinate further development and manage the project.
• You work closely with internal and external partners and support researchers in data usage.
• Through the networking with the Centre for Longitudinal Studies (CLS), you will work closely with them internationally.

Your profile

• Master's degree in psychology or a related discipline, ideally with a connection to quantitative research, data management or health/social sciences
• Experience in managing research, health or survey data, preferably in longitudinal datasets or registers
• strong affinity for data, statistics and digital technologies
• experience or great interest in data validation, harmonization, terminologies and mappings as well as an understanding of the structured preparation and documentation of research data
• ability to formulate technical requirements clearly and to translate them into practical solutions together with technical specialists
• enjoyment of working with different internal and external partners from science and practice

Your salary ##

Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 100'000 and 120'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary amount depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are provided for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
