HR Assistant 50-100% CDD (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Contribute to the welcome and integration of new employees • Ensure the daily administrative support of the Human Resources department • Organize, archive and optimize the electronic and paper filing of HR documents • Participate in the recruitment process, from sorting applications to scheduling interviews • Ensure the administrative follow-up of internal and external training as well as the updating of databases • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes • Manage personnel files and prepare various administrative documents (attestations, certificates, letters, etc.) Profile • Holder of training in Human Resources • First successful experience in a similar position • Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities • Sense of discretion in handling confidential information • Rigorous, autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented personality • Very good mastery of standard IT tools • Excellent mastery of French and English; German is an asset Benefits • A stimulating work environment within an experienced HR team • Varied missions allowing for the development of a global vision of Human Resources • Attractive working conditions and real perspectives for professional evolution • Start date: from September 2026.
