Plastics Technologist Injection Moulding (m/w/d) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Setting up, starting and monitoring injection moulding machines and subsequent systems Developing and continuously optimizing economical production processes in accordance with regulations Ensuring production orders are carried out in accordance with quality, deadlines and costs Guaranteeing maintenance and servicing of all production systems without exception Keeping an eye on costs and performance and controlling them in a targeted manner Actively participating in the planning of investments and investment applications Carrying out sampling, technically accompanying and documenting them without exception Technically evaluating injection moulding tool designs and injection moulding machines Carrying out order-related analyses and technical clarifications independently Consistently enforcing company-internal regulations and statutory provisions WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING Completed apprenticeship as a plastics technologist EFZ with a focus on injection moulding Several years of practice in an industrial production operation Technical additional qualifications are a clear plus High technical affinity combined with strong willingness to work Safe handling of mechanical measuring instruments as well as EDV user knowledge Experience with Lean Management and SAP is an advantage Very good German (word/writing) as well as advantageous English language skills WHAT WE OFFER 40-hour week (plus 1 hour of advance time for bridge days) Depending on age, 5 - 6 weeks of holiday In the event of illness, 100% salary continuation for up to 730 days Industry-standard salary (annual external salary comparison by function and age) Promotion of demand-oriented further training CONTACT DETAILS Responsible contact person: Badertscher For questions about your application, please use the contact form.
