your tasks

• Management of technical order processing from entry to delivery
• Creation and follow-up of offers in cooperation with sales
• Advice and support for customers regarding technical questions
• Interface function between production, purchasing, logistics, and sales
• Handling of complaint management as well as ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Technical basic training with successful further training as a Technical Sales Representative or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience at the interface between the technical and commercial sectors
• Business fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient use of MS Office and modern ERP systems
