For our Olten branch, we are looking for a person for the position of ### What you can accomplish • Management of the Olten branch and responsibility for the site as well as the employees working there • Responsibility for personnel management and development as well as coordination of project planning and workload • Maintenance and development of strategic and long-term client relationships in the Olten region and its surroundings • Management and coordination of demanding studies and construction projects as well as taking charge of project management and/or quality assurance • Ensuring the financial success of the branch • Active and committed development of the Olten branch in terms of personnel and skills • Close collaboration with regional management and utilization of its support Your skills are • Completed training at ETH or FH in the field of civil engineering or environmental engineering as well as deep knowledge in municipal engineering, particularly in the areas of water, wastewater and/or public works • Several years of professional experience in project management as well as experience in acquisition and in relations with clients and authorities • Ideally, management experience and interest in the active development of the Olten branch • You are ready to assume responsibility, demonstrate great personal initiative and wish to develop continuously on a professional and personal level • You convince with a professional attitude, a solution-oriented approach to work and entrepreneurial thinking • You enjoy contact with people and distinguish yourself by excellent communication and social skills What we offer you • Stimulating and innovative projects • Support for personal development within the company • Flexible working models • Lived corporate culture with a rewarding and collegial atmosphere • Central location • Good and varied catering possibilities Who we are HOLINGER develops and implements innovative solutions for technical and scientific challenges related to the water cycle.
