Watchmaking Operator 100%

The employee must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Assembly and pre-assembly of components
• Deburring and/or various manual tasks
• Loading and unloading parts with tweezers
• Aesthetic and functional control of various watchmaking components
• Work with a microscope and binoculars
• Versatility within the department as needed
• Reading of simple plans and following procedures

For this mission, we are looking for a person possessing the following qualities:

• Holder of a CFC, AFP or a title deemed equivalent
• Training and/or experience in a professional field requiring excellent dexterity such as seamstress, hairdresser, nail stylist
• Excellent eyesight and aptitude for repetitive tasks
• Willing to work in shift schedules
• Practical sense, rigor and soft skills
• Calm, meticulous and organized person
