Your tasks: *Organization and coordination of work on the construction site *Leadership and guidance of employees and smaller work groups *Implementation of work according to plans, specifications, and instructions *Ensuring a smooth and timely construction process *Coordination and control of material orders and deliveries *Contact person for construction management, clients, and other project participants *Participation in construction meetings and reporting of current work progress *Active participation in necessary masonry and general construction work *Compliance with quality and safety regulations on the construction site Your profile: *Completed training as a Mason EFZ or comparable training *Further training as a Foreman or corresponding professional experience *Several years of experience in new construction or renovation is an advantage *Experience in the leadership and coordination of employees *Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working *Good organizational skills and solution-oriented thinking *Teamwork skills and strong leadership qualities *Good German language skills *Driver's license Cat.
