To strengthen our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an Assistant Production Management 100% Tasks In this versatile role, you will support the Production Manager in all operational and strategic tasks within the production environment. These essentially include: Creation and maintenance of quality management documentation (QM documents) Collaboration in optimization and improvement projects Support in various production areas as well as active participation in production Participation in Lean Management activities and continuous improvement processes Planning and implementation of training and qualifications Processing of deviations as well as conducting root cause analyses Implementation and follow-up of CAPA measures Collaboration in Change Control processes Support with other GMP-relevant tasks and projects Requirements This position is ideally suited for a committed personality who has already gained initial experience in the GMP environment and wants to develop both professionally and towards leadership.
