CNC Programmer (M/F/D)

Your mission Participate in the development and optimization of machining processes by programming and improving CNC programs in order to guarantee high-performance, reliable production that complies with quality requirements. Your major responsibilities • Program new parts and continuously optimize CNC programs using CAM software. • Commission and validate programs on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers. • Analyze and optimize new manufacturing processes to ensure stable and efficient production operation. • Participate in technical improvements and the industrialization of new products. • Provide technical support to setters and operators. • Guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. • Document programs, machining strategies, and technical data. • Integrate technical data into Windchill while respecting designation standards and the archiving workflow. • Monitor development and ensure the fine-tuning of post-processors. • Create and maintain: • specific cutting tools as well as fixtures. • tool databases. • phase plans. • DXF files. • industrial volumes. Your background and skills • Training as a technician and/or micromechanic or a title deemed equivalent • Additional training or experience in advanced manufacturing processes • Solid knowledge of CNC machining • Mastery of CAM programming on PTC Creo • Knowledge of 3 and 5-axis machining centers • Experience in automation and optimization of manufacturing processes • Mastery of programming on GibbsCAM, a plus • Mastery of the Windows environment and the office suite • Good analytical and synthesis skills • Autonomy and good organization • Good communicator, team spirit • Versatility, flexibility • Proactive in continuous improvement Type of contract: Permanent Occupation rate: Full-time
