At the Grenchen location (Switzerland), we develop and produce equipment for the manufacture of laminated corrugated cardboard – and ensure that these run reliably at our customers worldwide. YOUR MISSION Point of contact for customers and internal teams worldwide for technical questions Ensure smooth and efficient machine and process operation Continuously optimize processes and increase quality Conduct training and technical support – on-site and remote Accompany machine acceptances internally and externally Lead projects from sales closing to successful installation International travel activity approx. 80 % YOUR PROFILE Completed technical training (e.g., mechanic, automation technician) Further training as an engineer FH/ (mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics or similar) Several years of professional experience in plant or mechanical engineering Initial experience in project management as well as basic business understanding Very good understanding of technical processes and machine processes Business fluent German and English skills (C1), other languages an advantage Independent, quality- and solution-oriented way of working, analytical and networked thinking 👉 Sounds like you?
