Your role Real estate acquisition Creating potential and economic analyses with regard to building law frameworks, usage potential, feasibility and risks Participating in the acquisition of suitable development projects for the investment products of the Brickvalue Group Development Leading real estate developments with a focus on residential; mainly for sale in condominium ownership Developing usage concepts and analyzing buyer, tenant and user needs Strategic planning of development projects taking into account changing market conditions Carrying out investment calculations and economic analyses Assessing, evaluating and managing development risks Project management Leading and coordinating project participants (planners, construction managers, specialists, marketers, etc.) Monitoring and continuously controlling development and construction projects in terms of deadlines, costs and quality Preparing decision-making bases for investors and decision-making bodies Independently negotiating with authorities and public interest groups as well as potential buyers, users and tenants Independently preparing and concluding all necessary contracts (planning, TU/GU, work, easement, contracting contracts, etc.) Your profile Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or similar field; ideally with additional qualification in real estate economics (or in training) Several years of experience as a project developer, owner's representative, project manager TU or as an architect with a focus on SIA phases 1-3 Very good knowledge of planning, construction and contract law Good networking and in-depth knowledge of the Swiss real estate market Self-starter with high social and team competence High affinity for numbers, analytical and networked thinking Integre and entrepreneurially thinking personality with good negotiating skills What to expect Great creative leeway and opportunity to contribute to the development of the company Short and fast decision-making processes Fair and market-based compensation Modern working spaces on the city border between Zug and Baar We look forward to your application documents. jpid4d4da32jm jit0728jm jiy26jm
