Senior Business Analyst - Reference Systems & IAM (M/F)

We are looking for a senior business analyst specializing in reference systems and Identity and Access Management - IAM. You will work on projects related to digital identities, access management, identity federations, and cross-functional reference systems. You will ensure the interface between business managers, security experts, architects, development teams, and testing teams. Your main missions Elicit, analyze, and prioritize functional needs Model existing and target processes according to an AS-IS / TO-BE approach Formalize requirements in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria Organize and maintain the backlog Contribute to the evolution of digital identity management services Analyze IAM, SSO, access management, and identity federation issues Contribute to the implementation and evolution of business reference systems Participate in defining the governance of reference data Accompany the implementation of MDM solutions and data catalogs Design entity-relationship models concerning people, organizations, addresses, mandates, affiliations, and representations Address interoperability issues between reference systems and identity services Lead workshops with business, security, architecture, and development teams Ensure functional compliance of solutions Define the testing strategy and organization Design and execute functional and integration tests Pilot the testing process with stakeholders Manage anomalies until their correction is validated Produce reporting and validation documents Your profile Higher degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent training Minimum eight years of experience in functional or business analysis Minimum three years of experience in an Agile or Scrum environment Proven experience in IAM, SSO, access management, or digital identities Good knowledge of identity federation principles Experience in implementing business reference systems Knowledge of MDM solutions and data catalogs Experience in reference data governance Ability to design data models and entity-relationship models Mastery of Jira and experience with Xray or an equivalent testing tool Excellent command of French, both written and spoken Ability to communicate with business, technical, and management stakeholders Analytical and synthetic mind, and ability to simplify complex issues Appreciated skills CBAP, IIBA, or ISTQB certification Knowledge of interoperability and digital identity standards Experience in test automation Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection issues Experience in a complex or highly regulated organization Mastery of English or German Ability to manage crisis situations or arbitrations involving multiple stakeholders Working at Athenco means joining a group that puts humans at the center of its concerns, recognized as a Great Place to Work several times.
