Automation Technician ## About the job ### Within the Engineering department, the Automation Technician contributes to the reliability and performance of the refinery and pipeline installations. He/she ensures the maintenance, control and optimization of instrumentation and automation systems, in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards. What awaits you ### • Install, calibrate and commission measuring, control, regulation instruments, as well as analyzers. • Perform functional and safety tests to guarantee the reliability of the installations. • Participate in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLC). • Contribute to the development and improvement of work procedures and instructions. • Ensure the monitoring and updating of technical documentation to guarantee traceability and the history of interventions. Qualifications ### • CFC in automation or equivalent training. • ES Technician in automation (industrial systems) is an asset. • Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment. • Excellent command of French, spoken and written; knowledge of English is an advantage. • Good command of IT tools and ease with technical environments.
