• Sparring partner for the Global Head of Procurement, local purchasing teams, Finance, and Supply Chain organizations
• Support for strategic purchasing decisions through sound analyses and business cases, as well as participation in supplier, cost, and make-or-buy decisions
Qualifications ##
• Successfully completed degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally in Procurement Controlling or Purchasing in an international industrial environment
• In-depth understanding of cost structures, purchasing processes, and margin mechanisms combined with pronounced analytical skills and high numerical and data affinity
• Very good SAP knowledge (FI/CO, CO-PA, MM; additional modules an advantage)
• Digital competence for data analytics and AI solutions for analyzing material, supplier, and purchasing price developments and creating predictive decision-making bases
• Very good knowledge of Excel (including Power Query) and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Qlik for analyzing complex data structures, automating reporting processes, and creating meaningful management dashboards
• Communicative personality with a pronounced business partner mindset and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Negotiation-secure English skills (C1); German language skills are an advantage
