Your mission is to continue the school social work at the Primarschule Rheinfelden. You will work autonomously and independently on-site.

Your duties include the following core tasks: ###

• Counseling and supporting students
• Providing and implementing projects for groups, classes, teachers and parents
• Counseling and supporting teachers in the school context
• Counseling parents
• Rapid, goal-oriented support for the school organization in crises/conflicts
• Supporting the school management in crisis situations
• Coordination and consultation of the school social work service with the school management
• Networking with external services and helping organizations
• Internal team networking, counseling and support
• Creating and maintaining client data

To master this task, you bring the following skills and prior knowledge: ###

• Recognized university degree of applied sciences in Social Work or Social Pedagogy
• Experience in school social work desirable
• CAS School Social Work an advantage
• at least 5 years of professional experience in the child and youth sector
• PC user knowledge
• Experience and competencies in the areas of counseling, project work, prevention, crisis intervention, conflict management, networking work
