For our client, an internationally active, medium-sized industrial company in the field of precision mechanics and drive technology in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an experienced and committed specialist in the field of CNC grinding, effective immediately or by arrangement. CNC Grinder (m/f/d) 100% Tasks In this demanding manufacturing role, you are responsible for setting up and operating modern CNC-controlled grinding machines, including gear flank and cylindrical grinding machines. You independently manufacture complex individual parts as well as small series for highly demanding application areas, including motorsport and the field of electromobility. Furthermore, you perform precise measurements and evaluations on high-precision coordinate measuring machines and actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes as well as to the continuous assurance of the required quality standards. Requirements You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or an equivalent technical training and bring sound specialist knowledge in metal cutting processes. Experience in grinding is an advantage and is valued. You are characterized by a reliable, careful way of working as well as a strong awareness of quality. Good German language skills in speaking and writing are required. Additionally, you bring the necessary flexibility regarding working hours, as deployment in two-shift and temporarily in three-shift operations is intended.
