Senior Project Manager / Project Developer Client 80-100% Thun What you can move Active leadership and shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over overall project management and client representation in the SIA phases 11 to 31 (in area development and object planning) Moderation of user needs, translation into a structured requirement/user program, coordination of site and variant studies, development of realization models, cost/benefit and risk assessment, as well as preparation of recommendations and decision-making bases for committees Linking of goals, scope, budget, and deadlines with the owner strategy and steering of the projects with the integration of factory planning, operation (FM) and permit feasibility towards successful realization readiness What you bring with you University degree in architecture, construction, or industrial engineering or a comparable field of study Ideally advanced training at university level, e.g., in business administration, sustainable construction, or project development 5–8 years of experience with industrial or logistical construction projects on the planner or owner side, including renovation/reconstruction of existing buildings Sound knowledge of the early planning phases, particularly SIA sub-phases 11 (requirement formulation), 21 (feasibility study) and 31 (pre-project) Strong communication and moderation skills to act as an eloquent client towards administration, public, and internal stakeholders Negotiation skills and assertiveness in the steering of planning offices, contractors, and internal stakeholders Recognizing conflicts of interest between production, architecture, FM, law, and costs and developing pragmatic and easily communicable solutions Structured, independent way of working, confident in classic project management (cost/schedule/quality) and in handling common PM tools Do you not meet all requirements one hundred percent? About the area For our location in Thun, we are looking for an experienced personality who takes responsibility and shapes projects from the first idea to the viable pre-project. In this position, you move confidently in the early SIA phases and act as a sparring partner for users, operation, and the owner side. You moderate needs, structure them into a clear user program, and ensure that factory planning, operation, architecture, and permit feasibility work together from the start.
