Do you want to help shape demanding financial topics and contribute your experience to a modern, future-oriented finance organization? For our internal company accounting, controlling, and reporting within the Finance, Risk & Compliance division, we are looking for you as a Senior Financial Accountant. You will be part of a small, dedicated team and work closely with your colleagues.

In this versatile key role, you ensure correct, efficient, and timely financial accounting of our group companies as well as reliable reporting. You are responsible for the operational day-to-day business and the closing processes, participate in consolidation, group accounting, and budgeting, and actively further develop our finance organization with digital solutions, automated processes, and meaningful reporting structures.

• You manage the operational day-to-day business and ensure correct accounting for our Swiss group companies – including KTG and Rendement.
• You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns in a closing-safe, reliable, and timely manner.
• You participate in budgeting, group consolidation, and group accounting.
• You develop meaningful financial and management reports with MS Power BI.
• You drive the digitalization and automation of our financial processes and actively help shape modern tools and systems.
• You possess a federal diploma in finance and accounting (eidg. Fachausweis) or an equivalent higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as sound practical experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• You are enthusiastic about the digitalization and automation of financial processes and want to actively further develop systems, data quality, and reporting structures.
• You are proficient in Excel and ideally have experience with MS Power BI as well as in group accounting and consolidation.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, like to roll up your sleeves, and communicate confidently in German and English.
