For an established company from the real estate industry, we are looking for a Clerk Heating Ancillary Costs & Accounting 60-100% to strengthen the finance team. You will support the property accounting team regarding heating and ancillary costs and work in a collegial environment. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement for three to five months. The place of work is centrally located in Basel Stadt and is easily accessible by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Booking and clearing of heating and ancillary costs
• Control and processing of existing bookings and statements
• Support in the preparation and processing of annual financial statement work
• Cooperation in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as required

You offer your new employer:

• Initial professional experience in real estate accounting
• Experience in the booking and clearing of heating and ancillary costs
• Good knowledge of GARAIO REM or a comparable accounting software as well as confident handling of the MS Office suite
• Structured, reliable and careful way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a team
