Digital Health Project Manager

Job Description ## In your capacity as digital health project manager within the Digital Health, Information Systems and Monitoring Pole, you are responsible for managing the implementation of the deployment of the electronic patient record (DEP), its various modules or other digital health tools according to the strategies of the l-association intercantonale romande CARA or those specific to the canton of Vaud. Responsibilities ## • Coordinate reflections within the Direction générale de la santé by making proposals to evolve the deployment strategy of digital health solutions • Represent the Direction générale de la santé within the Cantonal Coordination Commission of the CARA association and other commissions or working groups within its field of competence • Ensure monitoring of developments ongoing by l-association CARA and at the federal level, as well as on best practices and other related experiences carried out in d-other cantons or countries • Manage the necessary partnerships in the canton in order to be able to support health partners in the changes brought about by the new digital health technologies supported by the canton, relying notably on the professional and clinical expertise of the partners • Coordinate the preparation of meetings with external parties and set up digital health colloquiums, as well as lead meetings with ad-hoc professional working groups according to needs For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here or contact Monsieur Guillaume Rey, director of the Pole, by email at guillaume.rey@vd.ch. Qualifications ## • Bachelor or master in the medical, care or health field with good knowledge of IT or a title deemed equivalent • Certification in project management • Additional training in communication, negotiation and/or medical informatics, an asset • Professional experience useful for the function of at least 5 years in managing large-scale multi-partner projects with matrix organization in the health field • Change management of business processes and information systems • Good knowledge of information systems and knowledge of the health system • Leadership, analytical and synthesis skills • Pragmatism, customer and solution orientation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit • Organization, adaptability, writing skills • Mastery of spoken and written French and good oral and written knowledge of German In order to have all the necessary elements for the analysis of your file, we thank you for kindly transmitting to us, in addition to your CV, a cover letter as well as your work certificates and diplomas, in a single pdf document.
