La Société coopérative Migros Vaud has nearly 3-200 employees and today operates a network of about sixty stores in the canton. Its Real Estate department ensures the management, enhancement, and development of a diversified portfolio including notably shopping centers, commercial spaces, and investment properties. Following the departure of the current position holder, Migros Vaud wishes to entrust the responsibility of its Property Management and Center Management service to a new person. The challenge will be both to ensure continuity, to take over responsibility for the team and make it evolve, and to support a department called upon to play a central role in view of the cooperative's development ambitions. Your responsibilities ###

As Service Manager, you steer the Property Management and Center Management of Migros Vaud. At the head of a small team, you set priorities, organize activities, and develop the autonomy of your employees. A significant part of your function concerns commercial spaces: you maintain relationships with brands and partners, conduct lease negotiations, contribute to the search for new tenants, and support the evolution of the portfolio. In parallel, you supervise the rest of the real estate portfolio, notably the investment properties, by relying on the skills of your team. You monitor the main financial and operational indicators, asset profitability, and service quality, while evolving the practices, organization, and performance of the service.

Your profile ###

A hands-on manager, you know how to unite, empower, and advance a team while staying close to the field and involving yourself directly in files when necessary. Pragmatic, results-oriented, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you combine high standards, a sense of service, and decision-making ability. Your commercial sense and market knowledge allow you to identify the right interlocutors, build lasting relationships, and defend the interests of the organization. You have proven experience in commercial real estate, retail, or center management and master the challenges related to the commercialization of spaces and commercial leases. Comfortable in negotiation, you ideally have an established network among actors in the Romand market. Complementary experience in residential property management is an asset.
