Your tasks

• Independent handling of all customs formalities in import, export and transit
• Creation and processing of export declarations via Passar
• Execution and monitoring of import customs clearances
• Creation and handling of transit documents (T1/T2)
• Building and further development of internal customs clearance
• Transfer of previously externally handled customs processes into the company
• Definition and optimization of internal customs processes and standards
• Collaboration in the introduction and further development of customs systems and interfaces
• National and international coordination on customs and process topics
• Building up internal customs know-how and acting as a central specialist for import, export and transit

Your profile

• Completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ Internationale Speditionslogistik or comparable training
• Further training as Zolldeklarant/in is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in operational customs clearance
• Very good knowledge of Passar and current Swiss customs procedures
• Sound experience in import, export and transit as well as with T1/T2 procedures
• Fluent German and English skills
• Very good understanding of customs regulations and complex customs processes
• Independent, exact and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in building new structures and processes
• Readiness to take on professional responsibility
