Your profile – Scientific expertise with practical relevance

• Completed Master's degree in nursing (Master of Science in Pflege – Advanced Practice Nurse APN)
• Experience in clinical practice, evidence-based nursing or nursing science research is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills for the development of new nursing models
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• High degree of personal responsibility, capacity for innovation and leadership competence
• Willingness for continuous professional further training and promotion of scientific excellence
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
