• Professional leadership and treatment of patients as well as their partners and relatives in specialized Palliative Care as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Unification of nursing and medical responsibility to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care.
• Application of advanced clinical competencies as an APN on the specialized palliative ward as well as case-related consultations throughout the entire hospital.
• Making evidence-based knowledge accessible through standards, training, and coaching for members of the interprofessional team and supporting its application in practice.
• Active co-design of processes, participation in specialist and project groups, and shared responsibility for the further development of nursing and treatment quality.

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson (BScN)
• Started or completed Master of Science in Nursing (MScN)
• Several years of professional experience in specialized Palliative Care
• Additional qualification in Palliative Care (B1/B2/CAS/DAS/MAS) is an advantage
• Strong communicative and social competencies as well as a high degree of empathy
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation and active shaping within the specialized Palliative Care network
