Your entry into a leadership career

• Two years, many opportunities: In our on-the-job trainee program, you will receive a diverse insight into various companies and business areas of the fenaco-LANDI-Gruppe (e.g., UFA, AGROLA, LANDI, Anicom, Pflanzenbau etc.)
• Leadership fit in theory and practice: You will get a taste of sales, marketing, finance, business administration, and project work – all with the goal of preparing you for a leadership role
• You are on the move: Whether regionally or in other parts of the country – your area of assignment is diverse and offers you exciting perspectives
• Your goal: After successful completion, you will aim for a responsible position with leadership responsibility in the fenaco-LANDI-Gruppe

Sound professional knowledge and a convincing personality

• You have completed further training as an Agrokaufmann/-frau HF, Agrotechniker/in HF, Agronom/in FH or ETH – or a comparable training with proven practical relevance to agriculture
• You want more: To take on responsibility, lead teams, and shape the future – ideally in one of our companies
• Communication suits you: You speak and write German fluently, and you can communicate well in French
• You are open, motivated, and flexible: Assignments in different regions of Switzerland and in different teams are seen by you as an exciting opportunity, not a hurdle

Attractive holiday regulations
Our holiday regulation guarantees all employees at least 5 weeks of holiday. From the age of 50, it is 6 weeks and from the age of 60 even 7 weeks. Additionally, it is possible to purchase further holiday days.
Family time
Mothers receive 100 percent of their insured salary during the 18 weeks of maternity leave. The other parent enjoys 3 weeks of family time with full pay.
