For our client, an established industrial company in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced personality as

Senior Project Manager / Head of Technology & Engineering 80–100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Management and implementation of demanding technical projects
Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality and resources
Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external partners and suppliers
Further development of technical solutions and processes
Close cooperation with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and other specialist departments
Technical and/or personnel leadership of employees
Accompanying projects from conception to successful implementation

Your profile

Technical training with further education at HF/FH level, for example mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation or comparable
Several years of experience in technical project management
Experience in a machine, plant or industrial production environment
Leadership experience is an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills
Very good German skills
